Paul Copley appointed as Non-Executive Director of Noble Resources Trading Holdings Limited

As part of the deleveraging and reorganisation of Noble Group, Paul Copley has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Noble Resources Trading Holdings Limited (“NRTHL”). Following completion of the restructuring, NRTHL is the parent company of what was previously the TradingCo group of Noble Group Holdings Limited (“NGHL”). NRTHL, together with its subsidiaries, is one of Asia’s leading independent energy products and raw materials supply chain managers.

Paul Copley remains a director of NGHL, which is separately owned, and whose assets principally comprise majority ownership of the Jamaican bauxite miner and alumina producer, Jamalco, and an indirect stake in Harbour Energy plc, the FTSE 100 oil and gas company.
