Aldan appointed to advise GLAS on intu properties plc (in administration)

On 9 November 2021, Aldan was engaged to advise and assist GLAS Trustees Limited (“GLAS”) with respect to intu properties plc (in administration) (“intu”).

As part of the engagement, Paul Copley has been appointed to the ad hoc creditors’ committee of intu (and certain of its subsidiaries) on behalf of GLAS in its capacity as trustee of the £375m 2.875% convertible bonds due 2022 issued by intu (Jersey) 2 Limited and guaranteed by intu.
