Aldan engaged to assist Lehman Brothers ECAPS holders

On 5/2/24, Aldan was engaged to advise and assist certain of the Lehman Brothers Enhanced Capital Advantaged Preferred Securities (“ECAPS”) holders, which includes Paul Copley joining the creditors’ committee of Lehman Brothers Holdings PLC as an observer.
